If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we would be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at fishingwithgrace09@gmail.com with proof of damage or defect.
